I was just going over some blogposts that I flagged for follow-up the past few weeks - there's some interesting material in there - so here you go:
- This was actually written using the beta2 of livewriter - yes, there is a new update and it supports SharePoint 2007 as well
- Some great postings from Jack about SOA
- SOA is not business agility but offers business agility
- How to implement business activity monitoring in an SOA
- Do we understand SOA?
- Another presentation about SOA - Architecting applications for a service-oriented world
- Marijn explains which to deploy first - the Office 2007 clients or SharePoint Server 2007
- White paper explaining the lessons Microsoft learned when doing SharePoint Server 2007 upgrades
- Joel Oleson also post another one about upgrades - 3 Methods to Upgrade? Let me give you 4 more ...
- DOD 5015.2 certification for SharePoint Server 2007 - for those of you who don't know DOD 5015.2 - these is the Design Criteria Standard for Electronic Records Management Software Applications, the 5015.2 certification has emerged as an industry standard for records management applications used within the United States government.
Off course, you can't work (or even blog) all the time - so if you wonder what else I have been doing:
- Playing the greatest XBox 360 game ever - Gears of War. I'm kind of stuck now at the last level where I need to kill General Raam. If you want to know what this is like - check out this You Tube video of Killing General RAAM at insane difficulty.
- Watching the remake Battlestar Galactica - great scifi series - I watched the originals when I was a kid but these are even better.
