OBAs' (Office Business Applications) are an interesting concept but unfortunately I don't see a lot of traction in Belgium. Here's a short recap of what OBA's are about:

Although I'm not in Belgian, I'm quite near to you (in Hungary, Central Europe) and my favourite topic is the OBA. You can find a few posts on my blog, and if you're participate on the SP BP Conference in Sept, I'll get some surprises as well! :)
